Village Greenfingers is a club for all gardening enthusiasts. We meet on the first Wednesday of the month (except January & August) in the Storton Lodge, Icknield Road, Goring at 7.45 pm. Visitors are always very welcome. In August we have our annual summer show where members are encouraged to take part, no matter how unworthy their exhibit may seem to them. The general public can enjoy seeing a wide variety of cultivars rather than the predictable prize winners. They often surprise themselves by bringing home a rosette!
Our monthly meetings usually consists of a speaker, a competition, refreshments and a raffle. Other activities include garden visits, plant sales, Christmas party and annual lunch. The only criteria being a love for gardening, whether you have 10 acres or just a window box, we are the club for you.
