Streatley Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) School is a small village school currently consisting of 106 pupils from 4 -11 years.
Built in 1970, the school is surrounded by beautiful National Trust property. The majority of our pupils come from within the catchment area which encompasses the village of Streatley and its surroundings to include Stitchens and Westridge Green.
We actively promote links with the Pre School which leases a section of our school playing field. During the summer term our children enjoy using our outdoor swimming pool and they have many opportunities to participate in extra curricular activities ranging from folk dancing to orienteering. As a school, we strive to foster a sense of moral values in our pupils in order that they may appreciate their own worth and their responsibility to society. We encourage them to develop a respect for property, ideas and beliefs of others, irrespective of gender, race, disability or academic achievement. To this end we seek to develop meaningful relationships between our church, our parents, governors and the local community.
